Parameters

itemIDs: Type: System Int64
IDs of item for which to find most similar other items

howMany: Type: System Int32
desired number of most similar items to find

rescorer: Type: NReco.CF.Taste.Recommender IRescorer Tuple Int64, Int64
{@link Rescorer} which can adjust item-item similarity estimates used to determine most similar items

excludeItemIfNotSimilarToAll: Type: System Boolean
exclude an item if it is not similar to each of the input items
